Welcome to StockPilot!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by StockPilot Co. ("StockPilot," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use StockPilot. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

StockPilot provides model stock portfolio recommendations that you can choose to replicate in your own brokerage account. We do not execute trades, provide brokerage services, or offer individualized investment advice. You are solely responsible for executing any trades in your own account.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with StockPilot by providing accurate and complete information, including your email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Services requires a subscription of $147 per month, billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate billing information. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

•  Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
•  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
•  Copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without permission.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials provided through the Services are owned by StockPilot Co. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." StockPilot makes no guarantees about the performance or results of the model portfolio. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPilot Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockPilot Co. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to StockPilot.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which StockPilot Co. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
