I Didn’t Receive My Alert Email

Troubleshooting steps if your StockPilot alert does not arrive. If your After-Hours Alert didn't arrive, try the following:

🔹1. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder

Search your email for:

  • “StockPilot”

  • “Alert”

Mark the message as Not Spam to fix future deliveries.

🔹2. Add StockPilot to Your Safe Sender List

Whitelist:

This prevents filters from blocking emails.

🔹3. Confirm Your Email Is Verified

Go to Dashboard → Settings
If your email is Not Verified, click Resend Verification.

🔹4. Check If Markets Were Closed

No alert is sent on:

  • Federal market holidays

  • Emergency exchange closures
